Still haven't talked to Ken. Kristin says she hasn't seen him either. And i sold my Yankee tickets for almost double what i paid! Gonna do it for the next series as well. hehe. As well as sell the other extra tickets I have. YAY!

I need some good ending line for my Blog. some signature. I could do Blessed Be or Unity or something like that. What's a good quote? I've changed it a few times tonight but so fast no one saw them. I had "but do you have a flag?" on the comments line but decided Sure. Fine. Whatever. worked better. Any ideas?

i did have something good happen today. first off, the 5 th graders were not nearly as wild as I anticipated. they worked quietly so i let them have free time and watch a movie. we also watched grammar rock so i've been singing lolly lolly lolly get your adverbs here and a noun is a person, place or thing all afternoon. THey also got extra computer and recess time since the reason they stayed behind isn't cos they were bad. the other teacher was like as long as they behave.

And then at school, i was waiting for class and commented to this girl i liked her shoes. we started chatting and someone tapped me on the shoulder. it was another girl from class who sits near me and we'd chatted before. so that was cool cos too often i feel like i am invisible. then naiomi from my other class as well as this one showed up and we were all chatting. nice to have people to talk to.

WHOO HOO THIS ROCKS! Thanks to John, who is the guy who created the plugin Topicon and then when I couldn't get it to work, patiently went through several steps with me until we got it all worked out. And now it works!

Oh this has been a pain but I feel it's been a learning experience. php and css files certainly do make life easier. Once i get the links set on the main part of my site, i'll be adding them here to this section. Other than the top graphic, I think i've got the basic look. Now just comes converting everything else to this look and then finetuning with graphics as well. Gotta find something that will work for the top graphic. Will keep playing with it but yay me! After i finish this, still got work to do on the NW site. makes my head hurt more than it currently does. I should crash soon. i am tired.

I feel so special

YAY YAY YAY YAY. Not only did I install movable type on both websites, but I also managed to take care of Bookqueue. YAY! I plan on installing this on the NW site as well -- should help with the struggle pages. Ooh we can turn the struggle section into a blog. have to email Jackie on that. Anyway I got bookqueue all working and will slowly add all the books in my collection, as well as any i get from the library. I feel physically still like crap but hey I'm going places on my website. The medicine makes me tired but I can't sleep and I spent all day watching Buffy and Lord of the Rings so I needed to do something else. But i am going to try to sleep now. I also need to try to figure out what is wrong with my new portable MP3 player. It's not working yet it downloads music. I'm wondering if it's the battery that it came with. I don't know. All i know is I feel wonky, food has no taste, my nose is all stuffed up, it hurts to cough but hey I installed movable type and bookqueue. YAY ME!
